​A specific teacher cannot be guaranteed for a given class, although we will make an effort to accommodate your request.

All class passes are non-refundable and non-transferable, although they can be used for any of our group class programs by any member of your family.

A 24 hour notice is required to cancel/reschedule a scheduled class.

Individual class sessions which have only one student enrolled become twenty- to thirty-minute private lessons at no extra charge. The exact length of the private session depends on the student's age and attention span.

Cancellation of course requires a 30 day email notice.

If you must cancel a class with less than one week’s notice, you may request a make-up through our office. We will provide you with other classes that could be attended that week or the week after, subject to availability. Make-ups cannot be guaranteed, and existing reservations cannot be substituted for cancelled reservations.
